Our web-based video exchange application combines aspects of a personal information manager (PIM), video library, and secure email client in a common-sense tabbed interface that organizes your video exchange program, keeps track of requests, and automates notifications throughout the season.
ezRecode is our proprietary automated transcoding engine that uses our servers to convert all games to a range of video formats so that coaches can download the format that works best for them. This flexibility is the key to seamless transfers between the Mac and PC computer platforms. Regardless of the upload type, ezXchanges users always get the game in the format of their choice.
The following digital video formats are available for download for every game:
ezXchanges also distributes a H.264 HD (.mp4) video file for our HD video license holders. HD is license is available at no additional cost.
Our ezDVD encoding engine ensures that one of the download choices is always a ready-to-burn DVD disk image. Once one of these ready-made DVD’s (.iso files) is downloaded, it can be burned to a DVD-R disk in just a few minutes, providing a simple and convenient way to view downloaded games.
ezXchanges automatically maintains libraries of both your uploaded and downloaded games. All games are available to you at any time during both the regular and post-season in all three formats (H.264, Windows Media, and ezDVD).
ezShare lets coaches share video clips with the conference office and/or coordinator of officials for additional review. It also provides schools with a way of exchanging miscellaneous games (or other video) that may not fit into the formal game exchange structure.
Our ezGuest feature allows ezXchanges network members to share games with non-licensed schools while maintaining full control of all viewing permissions.
Allows coaches to set up accounts for each of their players so they can access games or any ezShares coaches have sent them.
ezXchanges offers easy management of video sharing based on each conference’s game exchange policy.
Complete game libraries from the previous season are stored and accessible throughout the following season. (Multi-season archiving is available as an additional option.)
