Pre-season Support

The ezXchanges Support Team starts working with each program to ensure they are proficient and comfortable utilizing the ezXchanges system well before competition begins. ezXchanges pre-season support includes:

  • A Pre-season Technical Review

    The review includes an examination of each program’s hardware and software resources. Technical information collected includes:

    • Camera specifications
    • Computer specifications
    • Computer operating system
    • Editing software (if any) and version
    • Preferred viewing methods of coaches

    Based on the information collected during the technical review, ezXchanges’ video technicians can recommend the most efficient workflow for getting games uploaded in the highest video quality possible.

  • A Seasonal Introductory Training Session

    At ezXchanges we believe the time to iron out processes and answer technical questions is well before the season begins. The introductory training session covers:

    • A review of available equipment
    • A walk through of the video capture process and the preparation for upload
    • Provide video tutorials for how to upload and download
    • Provide step-by-step instructions for all specific video needs of each staff (burning DVD’s, importing videos into editing systems, etc.)
    • Testing connection speeds

    These training sessions are designed to not only teach programs how to use ezXchanges, but also to make certain the specific video needs and goals of each program are met.
