Pre-Season Support
ezXchanges makes sure everything is working for you BEFORE the season starts. Some programs will want to go to DVD only, others will just want to import into their edit systems and begin their breakdowns. No matter the need, we make sure you know how to do it well before the season begins.
Workflow Support
Workflow support is actually VERY different from traditional tech support. ezXchanges supports the workflow of your entire sharing program. We schedule teleconference consultations with everyone to cover the equipment you will be using and to determine the most efficient workflow for getting games uploaded and downloaded in the highest quality video possible.
